Digital Leaders

Our Digital Leaders are a team of enthusiastic and skilled pupils who take charge of all things technology related in our school. They work collaboratively to explore innovative ways to use technology effectively, ensuring it enhances learning, communication, and daily school life. From supporting peers and teachers with digital tools to developing creative solutions for school-wide challenges, our Digital Leaders are at the forefront of making our school a more connected and tech-savvy place.

 

Together our digital leaders came up with these targets for the school year 2024-25

• To promote Safer Internet Day:
  Organise a presentation and posters to promote and raise awareness about staying safe online.
• To become HWB Heros and Lego Leaders:
  Help classmates and teachers troubleshoot common technology issues, such as logging into devices or using apps and software associated with the HWB platform and Lego Education.
• To keep all digital resources organised:
  Keep devices like tablets and laptops organised, charged, and ready for use in classrooms.
• To create a useful set of How-To Guides:
  Design simple posters or video tutorials to help students and staff use technology tools effectively, such as email, word processors, or online platforms.
• To use pupil generated ideas to improve the use of technology:
  Collect ideas from student about how technology can improve school life and share these ideas with the leadership team.
